Precision Grinding is your "One-Stop-Shop" for custom steel plate. Inside our 60,000 square foot steel processing center, we manufacture custom steel parts and specialty fabrication projects to customer order.

Steel Plate Flame Cutting and Plasma Cutting, A36, A572, A514-T1, 1020, 1045, 4140 and HRS from 1/8" thick to 14" thick on a 110" x 520" Dual-Head cutting table.

We produce and/or rework precision steel parts, such as bolsters, machine bases, press plates, jigs & fixtures, molds, tools & dies, precision parts and structural plates for machine shops and machine builders, construction companies, tool & die makers, heavy equipment manufacturers, the automotive and aerospace industries, and US Government projects such as for the US Corps of Engineers, the US Military, and at Redstone.

We manufacture custom steel parts, engineered to specs, built within budget, and delivered on-time.

Horizontal 90 Degree head on CNC Vertical Milling Machine allows Horizontal CNC Milling. 31" x 78" x 122" capacity at 22,000 pounds.

With the installation of this 90° head, the CNC Vertical Machining Center above is capable of performing Horizontal Machining & Milling. The above Takumi has a simultaneous tool capacity of 40 cutting tools. Our Yama Seiki CNC Machine has simultaneous storage capacity for 30 cutting tools. All of our CNC machines probe to 0.0005" accuracy, measuring precision cuts to less than one-thousandth inch for boring, cutting, drilling, and tapping tools. Design Engineering for 0.001" accuracy on large machined plates.
