Further increasing production capacity and delivery efficiencies
With the installation of this 90° head,
the CNC Vertical Machining Center above is capable of performing
Horizontal Machining & Milling. The above
Takumi has a simultaneous tool capacity of 40 cutting tools. Our Yama
Seiki CNC Machine has simultaneous storage
capacity for 30 cutting tools. Both machines can probe to 0.001"
accuracy, measuring precision cuts to one- thousandth inch
for boring, cutting, drilling, and tapping tools. Within
one-thousandth should be sufficient for Practical Design
Engineering accuracy on large items. |

Carbon steel plate, including A36 from 1/4"
- 8" thick, along with a select inventory of HR Chemistry, A572,
